Exchanges or returns are only accepted in case of a defective item.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Customization orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are covered only if the issue is from our side.
